Where is the 154 pet?

Says ALL premium holders get it on ALL accounts, so why only a few people getting them now?

I started off today in Kingshill, saw a few players with the phoenix, and wondered the same thing you did. Then I went to Andrakasch, and lo 'n' behold, there it was. But it's purely cosmetic, adds nothing, so you're not missing anything tactically important.

 

nope, no pet on any accounts. regardless of it being cosmetic, i could use the animation lag on my low level toons.

 

Sorry to hear that. For what it's worth, I'm reading in the forum that there are a few bugs with this latest release.

jumping in here like a ninja to offer some clarification - our Customer Support team is aware of this info as well, so if you send tickets they will be able to attend you with the same info.

All players who had purchased a Premium account before the Release and that had that Premium still active during the Release get the pet. All people who purchase a Premium account after the Release get the pet. Problem? Some eligible players are not getting the pet... This is something that our dev team is aware of and they are working to fix it and give those users the pet.

We will be able to tell you more when the hotfix comes. Please bear with us and sorry for the inconveniences caused!
