what is this? old costume ?

    i saw this char on twiilight downs. he looks like real life man.. and i don't think i have seen this type of shield and sword.

    That is a old limited edition costume during the FIFA World Cup. I see very few players roaming around with that costume.

    If it's a FIFA World Cup costume the toon is not dead but only pretending to be dead after taking a dive...

    Yeah now i remember.. i thought it was a old costume but i can't remember what. and he is not dived or rage jumped.. i just killed him :p i gave him a spirit stone to ask but he is not accepting. he is afk i think.

    And the sword and shield are the LVL 43 uniques from the merchant in Andrakasch. The shield is actually rather nice if you don't have a good legendary and it upgrades rather inexpensively compared to a legendary.
