banned characters

On top of dso baning us which was our falt no hate here and taking all our stones(aka 50 percent destroyed char) will we got some kind of indication when the ban will end im temporary banned and staying loging everyday is annoying for me.Is there way to see how much of our ban is left

 

Whats the point in playing they took all the gems that we worked hard for and bought with are own money

 

i gave 0 money for stones i can restore them now all the andres if farm will go on stones sadly it will be hard but what to do bg stupidiry

You found out about the bug and u exploit it. What did you expected to happen ?

You better hope your account is just tempo banned or you will lose your other 50% of the char too

 

What was expected was unclear however the trend of the reactions to each bug was generally fix the bug leave the players, basically it looks like they wanted to make an example of this bug and from now on actually take their fingers from their metaphorical EDIT and punish each bug that they miss.

i expected to take their stones away adn the temporary ban i mean we got nothing like this.I wont cry any further since i asked for the time left till we got unbanned so that was offtopic .

Punishments that were applied based on exploit-bug are occurring between 7 days and permanently.

If you have any doubt how long is yours, please, write to the support. Only them can help you, since that process involves personal/private information.

All gems were removed and a ban applied

So players who has just tryed this bug without to take anything are considered like cheaters and it's normal to steal all they bought and farmed since their begin on the game, right ?

I read many negative reviews about BP on forums / websites and i would not believe that, i liked this game during few monthes. Now if the action is verified i have the proof and i think we'll all loose in this story because of this bug, not only players... The 5th anniversary was a sad story for everybody and BP will not increase his reputation.

As you may understand, trying a bug (for the 1st time) and using it has not the same meaning.

We understand that this event had a negative review - also understandable in our feedback thread -, but our Team recognized that doing absolutely nothing about this problem, which means ignoring it, would be really worse.

As I wrote above, more specific and particular information related to that can only be provided by our Support Team Do not hesitate to contact them.
If they tried to use any bug, we all guess that, if a ban was applied, it will not last "that" long as for those ones who abused from it

Friendly reminder, back in the days of the massive bot ban wave, each and every bot user got a permanent ban, no matter if they used it out of "curiosity"/"for five minutes only" or for a full year, so, you got off easy, pals, have some dignity.

 

There was once dignity, there was once calm, there was once but that was shrouded in darkness cast by the ones who always got away with the bugs, false light in the darkness, the truth shrouded with lies, but how can one not get trapped by the lies when the truth has been hidden from the players for so long, why would you watch players time after time get boosts. Put it in this way......a sheep can get out of a field, it gets put back in with the rest, it gets out again and some follow it the farmer puts them back in fills the hole that is in the fence, the sheep keep getting out more and more go.......the sheep gets out again but this time many get out, but this time the farmer slaughters the sheep. This is what dso has done, dso watched the players using the bugs, they patched the hole and moved on, more used bugs they patch the holes and moved on, this time many many used the bug the players complained and dso cut the heads off them. When this happens it is a destructive damaging problem for the system not just the players, the shockwave that this will cause for dso will be felt for some time and i doubt they really have an idea of just how much it will be felt.

 

Of course i understand that, that's why i'm complaining. They put everybody in the same basket, cheaters and curious have the same sanction.

I think we must clarify some points, what is a cheater ?

- Somebody who's curious and try some times a bug but who threw all at the same moment because he don't want to get any advantage from this bug (my case)
- Somebody who use the bug to get any advantages (for them i understand the sanction)
- Somebody who used a secondary account to use this bug and who can play normally again with his main account
- Somebody who tryed to use this bug to get advantages but who didn't knew how to do and who can still play normally too

And i think the more important question, who will act again when they will have the possibility ?

I'm agree with that, it was a good thing to do something for the balance of the game, i'm against too cheaters on games. But sanctions are totally disproportionate. I spent a lot of money with buffoons (hundreds euros) to get my +20% shield stones and monthes farming and you find normal to steal me all like if i was a cheater ?

I contacted them and all i got it's a jugement... Of course it's complicated to search on my account to verify i did not took anything, it ask time and efforts they don't want to do. For them if i'm on the wave i'm a cheater and it's normal to steal me.

It's not fair, i'm very disapointed about this game and about Bigpoint, i know now they're thieves and i will write my experience on every website / games forum i will find. I just wait the confirmation my stones all deleted before to act. We'll all loose in this story...

 

You know the rule, you know the punishment will be hard for bug using and you was still " curious" ? what a ridiculous reason !

Hello all, my opinion about bug consequences is next... This what BP had done is very wrong... I played this game 2 years, I farmed alot (maybe 10-12 hours per a day), and i spend maybe 60 euros for this game (not much ofc), and i used this bug maybe 2 hours at all... Now BP had delete all my gems from the past, it's about cca 6000 hours of playing for almost nothing... So I will ask you, can you give me back this 6000 hours of my life? Ofc you can't... But money is time, and time is money...

With bug I had get,honestly,MAYBE 1x100 armor gem,1x100 hp gem,1x70 all res gem,1x5% speed,1x7dmg,1x75 crit hit.... Can you imagine how many gems I droped and buyed in this 6000 hours, and also I won jackpot of 50k andermants and buyed gems.... Owners of this game is ridiculous... What have you done is FAR from fairness and you know it... Is not just about me, let's think about players that played this game 4 years (lets say 10 000-12 000 hours of playing) and which spend about 2k+ euros on this GAME and buy gems for this money...and now you deleted all gems from our acc's and some players get perma ban (dont forget you created this bug)...

How many bugs was there in the past, how many exploits and nobody get a ban... Funny, you want make an example of us, you behave like our time and money is worthless and like we are nothing and nobody... Don't forget that we are also people. Ah yes, actually for you we are only numbers in game servers...

So lets be honest, REAL punishment for bug users is ONLY removing this gems what we get VIA THIS BUG... Let my voice and opinion be heard -> this is only reason why I speding again my precious time for this game (but no more, every second now for you and for this game is useless). I'm done with this game.

Then I must be Schrodinger's Cat. I was curious, so I was smart enough to test it with a new account unrelated to my main account... The result, I am both alive and dead. My real account, the one I care about, is still alive and well, while the one I tested with was rightly hit with the ban and gem removal.

The moral of the story is that if you are curious, never be curious with something you care to lose. I have a saying that I tell the people who work for me all the time, "If you are going to be stupid, be smart about it." There were a whole lot of stupid people, but not very many smart-stupid people.

Or they could have been "Fair" and banned the account permanently... would that have been preferable?

 

THE BP has stolen more than the bug users was stolen(years of farming and money spent), this is right?
