Has anyone crafted extraordinary item i.e Inner Circle Staff but once accepted the item is a *Mage staff*
This is not what I wanted.
    Is this a bug?

These are 2 different staffs in shape and stats.
    Would appreciate any advice.

Is it still the same type - 1H or 2H?

I believe the item skins of the pw gear cannot be maintained through a craft.

Novadude is right, only default item skins can come out of a craft... but I've never seen any stat-difference between different skins.

The guys above are right, "Inner Circle" items are just item skins, exclusive from the Parallel Worlds, and the workbench can only and always produce "Archmage" items regardless if you put "Inner Circle" or "Archmage" items as ingredients.

On a side note, aside from the looks and design of these items, there's no other difference between them, Inner Circle items might give you the impression of being "better" on the long run because of the Parallel World loot having "increased" probabilities for "better" enchantments.

The above answers are correct. As a note of curiosity, for rangers the skins are Nemesis and Monster Hunter, being Nemesis PW drop only.

Now, I hope you don't mind me using this thread to ask a doubt of my own with something I've been experiencing while crafting, since the title suits it too.

That's what the tooltip says before combining the bows. Shortbow, with shortbow stats.

And this is what I get after combining them. A longbow.

I could understand it being 25% chance for shortbow and 75% chance for longbow, but... it gives me the opposite of what is showed. Actually the longbow is what I wanted, but since I was getting shortbows when the tooltip said it would a longbow, I decided to do the opposite. Only happens when there's at least one rogue bow, though. Oh, and changing the order I place the same bows in the workbench also changes the preview, but the result can still come different.

Is it a bug or is there a rule I'm forgetting? It wouldn't be nice wasting ingredients at higher lvls of crafting

The DK one makes sense. If you put in a collection of 2H weapons, it simply says a 2H weapon will be the outcome. Sounds like a minor bug.

Yes that happens ... workbench saying one thing before crafting and getting different outcome after.
It can't happen only when you are crafting 4x weapons of same type.

And I guess the same goes for the other, Q6-specific skin - Shadow/Ghost.

Thanks for the answers, _Baragain_ and trakilaki.

Thank God. I believe costumes were made to hide those items.

Well, everything except weapons and off-hands and some costumes fail to hide capes.

Yeah, not a big fan either. Was so relieved when I got a 2H better than a Shadow Staff I used to have xD.
