I have several questions about 5 vs 5. If nobody knows I guess I can use the ask the CM function.

    1) How is queue order determined? I just queued when there were 3 other people on the waitlist and didn't get a match when a game started. OK, I understand that could happen. I waited until the match finished. At one point, I was the only one in queue (and I didn't change maps or requeue) so unless there was a bug, the ordering clearly doesn't seem to be on a first come, first served basis. It's extremely frustrating to wait a long time, get snubbed, then wait 10-15 minutes more and get left out AGAIN.

    2) How are teams determined? Why is the game incapable of balancing between teams? I understand that grouping can influence team strength. However, once I was in a 5 vs 2 situation, I was part of the 5, not in a group, and the imbalance was not because somebody left.

    3) This is more of a general problem with pvp and daily quests but why do some kills not count for the kill players dq? I never seem to get more than 20-25 for the dq regardless of how many players I kill. This also applies to 1v1 matches when some kills just don't register.

Its not about queue. Its about a balance. Apparently, you are either much better or worse then those 10 that were selected in terms of winrate, elo rank or whatever they use.

Imagine your rank is some 1000 points, whatever they are. And there are 8 players registered, all with 980 points. It shows you 5 blocks, game starts soon. But then two other players arrive with 970 points. And you are the lucky loser :)

Thanks for the info. Now I get why I'm sometimes left out in matches: I'm just a novice knight. :( At least I won't get frustrated when that happens anymore :D

About your third question, if I'm not mistaken, you only gets max 5 counts per player you kill. Pardon my english, let's say you kill a same person 5 times and that is the limit. If you kill that same person more than 5 it will not counts to prevent any exploit(s). So in order to complete "kill 10 players" you have to kill two different players, 5 times each and so on. Hope you get that.

Your English is perfectly fine and now I finally understand why I can't get more than 25 kills for the dq in 5 v 5. Thanks!

These are very valid questions and bugs most players.

There are two aspects to this.
One is a secret formula that BP uses to determine who gets matched with who. No one knows the exact details of this formula, but I have a certain degree of guesses as to that this is based on a combination of the following:

    Your level
    Your PvP rank
    Your win streak (consecutive wins)

The second aspect is within a match, how the two teams are determined.
Most weight is given to the player level than to the rank. So you may see a level 45 and a 40 Recruits against another level 45 and a 40 Knights.
The second weight is given to the rank.
However, there can also be complete stupid match making happens due to some bugs that BP never seem to admit or fix.
Once I was in a match with 2 Recruits against 5 Knights :D, and no we were not grouped.

They really need to fix team sorting. Lost 10 matches in a row because 2 of the strongest players in the server were on the same team. They were not grouped. That's less than .1% chance of happening even if it was random. Add into that that they weren't in my team 10 times in a row and I would probably have a higher chance of winning the lottery lol.
