Logged in to missing quests?

    I logged in today on my lvl 32 Mechanicus character Dollyredstone only to find that many of my quests are missing. I'm in the Iron Forest/Hogni's Mine area, and was about to enter the Eternal Watch. I completed Mind the Gap 4/4 in the Hailstone Mountains area then went to get quests for Eternal Watch... only to see just one quest, Warm Pelts, available. At that point I also noted that my Cloak of Power 3 quest was gone from my list of quests, along with all the items associated with that quest.

    Any explaination for what might be going on?

    After playing and leveling up some, the quests have become available again... at lvl 34. The Cloak of Power quest was gone as if I had abandoned it; I had to return to Kingshill to collect it again. All the items I had collected for all of these quests were erased like I hadn't done the quests at all.

    If there is going to be some kind of quest level reassignment, shouldn't there be some kind of warning or something to those who had already partially completed those quests?

    Some of the quest's level requirements has been reworked recently.
