Payment Credit Card issue.

I have already took a Payment Ticket to support which cant solve this problem. so whoever in charge please take necessary steps.

I am from India, and our Reserve Bank of India under which all the banks in the Country is working has issued special directions to impose high security protocol for all credit and debit card transactions, especially of International transactions. when ever we use our Cards, a one time password will be mandatorily generated which will be issued to our registered phones, and only after entering that password correctly in the next page, the transaction will happen.

Now the problem is that , DSO dont have a verified by Visa /Mastercard protocol according to Indian Bank standards and hence, all CC even issued by Visa/mastercard, issued by all Banks are now rejected due to violations of RBI regulations and hence we cant make any further transactions with DSO. the only Bank now for which the transaction now works is HDFC for DSO in India. This Bank will also has to change it within months, as they too are under RBI.

So, if DSO wants to get any further CC transactions from Indian players, Kindly do the needful, and your payment support system dont have a facility to tell all this and the same seems to be handled by some other support system. Please make arrangements with your banks to check the Indian CC / DC transactions High security protocol and safe measures issued for our banks to permit further international transactions. The local within the country transactions are from previous year onwards using that protocol, and hence we are used to it but until presently International transactions were not that strict, but due to some recent CC dubious cheating withdrawls, the present protocol is issued to my awareness.

Also please make arrangements for Debit Card transactions too as that is the most used method in India and CC are rarely used which will make DSO more options of members being switched to payment mode. i personally know many players who cant pay due to no option of DC. more over, your other bank transfer methods are not that much easy and transparent avoiding confusions. many who has done that always end in ticket. so all avoid it. hence a DC transactions is necessity of our country. This time when i used, all my CC get rejected saying the Payee (DSO) is not secured and hence CC transactions cant be permitted, hence rejected. when I take a ticket , your support answered me that our bank restricted the payment and hence we cant help. yes , they rejected because your security protocol is insufficient under our regulations. So, it is your responsibility to make such Security protocol working for our Visa/Mastercards to work properly. I was a Premium member for last several years and buy Packages of anders and now it all comes to an end due to your old non-secure bank transactions. Change yourself to make us Pay easily with CC secure and Debit Card same security protocols with Debit card options. thank you

Can u suggest as to where i should? the problem is the payment ticket system is different from normal ticket and payment ticket dont have any space to brief what i mentioned here and even they cant resolve it easilly, it needs management intervention, but at the same time it is a big useful thing for DSO in future.

 

Only support can give you answer, but it doesn't mean they will offer you resolution.

This is a sad state of affairs.
It comes out to 'we won't update our security because we don't care about Indian users'.
I hope BP changes their minds on this.
When more countries begin to mandate this (including US and EU and Asian countries) then we'll see it spread easier.

 

WTH are you talking about ... it is the government and the greedy banksters that are making the rules not BP.

 

I wouldn't call them greedy considering they are doing their best to reduce fraud. Reducing fraud benefits everyone including the consumer, BP, the payment providers, and the govt.

Considering India is one of the largest populations in the world (behind China), BP would be foolish not to properly adapt to this situation.
