    I think bigpoint gonna up the max level to level 55 in next year.It mean there will be new lv55 gun with higher base dmg and the different base dmg is about 25%, it's a big amount :eek:.
    I'm using an okay gun with 1570 dmg ( 3 golden %inc lines and 1 good dmg line) without gem,
    i think it's nonsense to farm 92m glym to upgrade it because the time to craft a lv55 gun ( with 3 golden %inc dmg) is shorter than the time to farm 92m to upgrade a lv50 gun to lv55 o_O
    More over, that 92m glym is just to make my lv50 gun strong equal to a lv55 gun and after all, i will have to still farm glym to upgrade it more :confused::confused:
    So, should i keep farming glym to upgrade my gun or save gold to craft 4 golden lines torso? i have enough ingredient items to craft a 4 golden torso ( i'm using a 3 golden torso now).

    I don't really understand. You could farm 92m glyphs now to upgrade your lvl 50 gun, and when lvl55 is released you could farm a new lvl 55 gun with the golden lines you want. At that point the 92m glyphs you used on your vll 50 gun wouldn't be wasted because you can put them towards upgrading your lvl 55 gun to 60, plus you'd be able to use the upgraded lvl 50 gun while farming for your lvl 55 gun.

    I would work towards both at once. Some items of the same tier and type are worth more gold than other items of the same tier and type. I would sell the items that are worth more gold than other items of their tier and type, and I would melt the items that are worth less gold. I imagine this would be most efficient in the long run, unless you need gold or glyphs immediately to reach a large power-spike that will help you farm faster/easier.

    The terminology I used (tiers and item types) seems potentially confusing so I'll give you an example. Some blue(tier) boots(item type) are worth more gold than other blue boots but they will always be worth the same amount of glyphs. So I would sell the blue boots that are worth more gold and I would melt the boots that are worth less gold. Jewelry always seems to be worth more gold than other item types so I always sell them.

    You do realize that glyphs are not destroyed and that you melt items, making glyphs a future-proof investment when it comes to time, right?

    Now that we've gotten that out of the way;
    Here is another thing to think about.

    When LVL 55 comes (which will easily be at least another 6-12 months), then your base LVL 50 gear that you have carefully crafted and upgraded will not suddenly become obsolete. In fact, a good LVL 50 item glyphed up to LVL 54+ will likely blow away almost all base LVL 55 items that drop and you will use that gear for a while, until you have some serious time to farm and craft base LVL 55 items. You say that it will take less time to craft a LVL 55 gun with at least 3/4 good lines, but you can't even start that until LVL 55 is released, so what are you going to do right now other than improve what you have and stockpile those glyphs for the future?

    By the way, if you are wondering about the value of improving your weapon, with the right gear and a good 2H weapon, you get 100-200 damage per level, easy... if not 200+. With 5x levels, that is easily about 1k damage. (For example, upgrading a 2H gun 1 Level, an item with a 100 damage line, and 3x 73.33% damage lines would gain ~(17+4)*3.20=67 weapon damage. Then that is multiplied by % damage boosts for nearly 67*1.5*1.75*1.4=247, assuming 25% damage torso and new dragan set. Using better stats and better gear, this could easily be 300+ per level.)

    Long story short, play for "now." If you plan for a future that hasn't even been announced, you are just handicapping yourself now.

    i guess by the time they unlock lvls to 55 the servers will be shut one by one due to players are leaving the game:D

    I will be among the first who leave the game and delete account, if BP raise the level to 55. Craft again and re-assemble sets from PW or from of various events on lvl 55 base? No, thank you. BP will have to find other sheep for shearing.

    Well, what else do you expect? If they do nothing, then the game stagnates.

    Raise the level on the 55 know each semiskilled game developer. Being creative, well, that is something else entirely.
    More interesting would be to introduce the "Prestige System", an in-game feature that has been added to the game allowing players to start again at level one (along with a name color change) but power rewards will not be given again.
    For example;
    * you're holding all the equipment that you have but you can't use it until level 50
    * slower collecting experience but the drop are much better and much better equipment with off course, much better stats
    * blah, blah... let the game developers to be creative, not me, I'm just player and sometimes spender (if the product is good)

    In any case, grinding and farming again to lvl 55, and after one year again to lvl 60, 65, 70... not for me. So, I expect creativity and nothing but more creativity. If it fails, I will after the first raising of level just leave the game, and I will not be the only.

    i sure as hell hope not. that means the ander im spedning now to open gems spots is ussles. not for another 2-3 years till lvl 55 comes. if they gunna up level cap again it just means they want more cash and the best way to do it it up lvl cap. i would quit. lvl 50 just came out. do some work on pvp because if thats the case i want all my $$ back from previous years. the lack of creativity is amongs dso. and my glyphs i used from lvl 45 bearly did a dent into lvl50 upgrades. such bs. new dev pls and make me one.. about this close to quiting. alot better games out there that dont shove $$ into your face
