Wrong Tier drop at Stonekeep?

    I was at Heredur at excruciating and he dropped me tier1 Royal shield instead of tierII that it mentions at the gate, is this normal?

    Normal has become quite relative in the game these days :rolleyes: But is it possible... yup. It's actually one of the reasons I don't do excru mode anymore. The rewards can be disappointing for the extra effort. Typically I do Painful for fast runs (e.g. daily stuff) or Fatal for gear.

    Yes it is normal ... you can get T1 item even in fatal mode.
    Most of the items in fatal mode are T1.
