    Dear readers, ;)

Recently I received the following reply by mail support ...,

    EDIT

However, I would like here want to see the opinions of other players how they think and whether they agree with my statements.

RE1) My opinion is in fact still the crafting of now, these are much more expensive in relation to expenditure of gold because spells now only be taken at least during crafting.
Moreover, the items with the best spells are often the items with the least slots.
Here these changes appear to have been previously employed as Andermant marketing tricks, without having to meet the players.

    I quote, EDIT
RE2 ) Please, When a development mentioned takes time, make `s first development off 100%, before throwing it online. ;)
And i don`t like "lucky orbs" on sale via Gnob, because many items I had collected previously but have discarded related to inventory shortage.
I don`t like the lucky orbs at all, because they`re not so lucky at all.
It seems pre-programmed degree to see what's already in your inventory at the time, generally you get what you are not looking.
    That doesn't seem fair.

Now, players are almost forced to use or buy Andermant to spend to buy lucky orbs.
    That doesn't seem fair.

Again, these sales seem tricks to sell Andermant. Unfortunately, to the detriment of our players.
Rather, I had seen many developers us earlier, had the option to have more inventory so that such items due to inventory shortage would not be discarded by players.
Because of this development, players would have to pay now ...?
That doesn't seem fair, again !

    Regards,

    Hello @Sprokkel
All conversations with support officers are private, please do not make them public.

    Cheers.

    Hey there @DocWhisky ,

No, it does not. There is a big difference between "hiding" and "respecting the rules".
There are personal informations being asked in support and, of course, every answer is personal, so it should remain like that. Trust us that we cannot share any of your account details. So, it is not hiding, it is just protecting personal data and personal answers - covered by law.

I hope you understand this perfectly ;)
    Cheers,

They can not take constructive criticism.
I was not personally but lived in my post.
I copied anything from email support but have described it in his own words.
Oh well, they should still have a reason to avoid the truth treed out.
And still seem to find it here Moderators need someone to sit down and cut up twisting his post.
A bit more respect for players with their own strong opinions would also be a possibility.
My twisted post with associated response, it seems proper to hide something.
Namely their honesty is debatable, because I did not even get the chance to discuss an important issue.
But I stop straight away here, because I have no appetite for discussions with partisan moderators.
    Greetings

Support emails often include personally identifying information such as a name, email address, account information, etc.. It is not ok to share private conversations publicly. This is a standard across almost every internet-based company I have seen. Even if a particular email didn't include it, having a standard to not share it is common.

It is ALWAYS possible to share the topic of a conversation without actually sharing the words someone said. For example, "I was told by support that I need to clear my temporary files. But I thought that was stupid and there should be another way." would be acceptable because it is topical and not specific. Copying and pasting the actual text is not acceptable.

BTW, this is my personal opinion as someone who has dealt with interactions with the public via email for 25+ years, completely unrelated to DSO.

Personally, my interactions with the English support team have been nothing but fantastic. They have worked to find a solution to each of the problems I encountered. In turn, I have treated them with respect and patience. They are volunteers. They spend their time helping us (me) rather than spending their time playing the game. Expecting them to be able to modify BP's policies or design of the game is ridiculous. They can leverage their knowledge of continuing errors to help solve a problem but to determine the direction of game design? Really! Not happening.

I suggest focusing your anger, frustration, constructive criticism, etc. towards BP and not towards other players who are just there to help.

Yup .. understand both the literal, and implied meanings.

My post never had anything to do with support personel CHANGING BP POLICIES OR GAME DIRECTION!

OK.. Give me direct line to BP/Youzu Tech Support.... ?????????

DSO Support, whether volunteer, or compensated employee of BP/Youzu, is still a REPRESENTATIVE of BP/Youzu. And most times, our (the player base) only line of direct communications with a company representative.
I too have been doing this for well over 20 years. I would never C&P any personal info from an email .. or any other source and post it to a public forum of any kind!!!!!! (Just because you think everyone else is an Id10t, doesnt actually mean they are)
But Copy and pasting the full conversation may be the only way to prove a certain point.
When "paraphrasing", some elements, important to the overall out look of the conversation, can be lost in translation.

So it grieves me to know that even though I may be in the right, and the only way to prove it, is to copy and paste, in part or in whole, a support conversation, EXCLUDING personal data, is against the law/company rules.
to protect personal data ... of course.

    Thanks, Doc.
