    in ocean of bones i need cold minions of death to drop for my cloak of power 8 trips in kill all death knights not 1 drop do we have a bug there?

    Unfortunately, it's not a bug, it's just the way this quest works - making you work hard for each fragment.

    Yeah, don't worry, it gets worse in halls of dead. The drop rate for dark cloths are the worst.

    I once went 11 runs without a single frag :p just keep working at it. It takes time.
