    i can't get in game because nebula assertion poping up. When I open up client and try to update to release 151

    Nebula 3 is the DSO engine. There are multiple different Nebula errors. The forum's Tech FAQ is a good place to start. If you cannot find a solution there, please either give all the details here or send in a ticket to Support and provide them with the details.
